okay so rafael has a younger half sister who is related to him on his
father's side. he knows nothing of his father, and even met this girl
by accident (Ill add that part of his history below). he has no interest
in his father, but cares for his sister dearly.
HISTORY:
"There were four students forced to clean the trophy room, and a professor was calling them off. The man read "Rafael Nikolas Colt." The girl seemed to react, saying that that was her Father's name.
Upon bringing that into question Rafael discovered this girl was his half sister. Only a year younger than him, and someone he seemed to get along with effortlessly. The only times they really seemed to fight was when she would bring up their Father, he did not want to know anything about the man. "
okay so basically this girl can be totally up to you. she doesn't even
really have to look like him to much since they are half siblings. she
should be in her sixth year and can be in any house you want. most
of this is up to you, I just need her father to be the same as rafaels.
