this application is a mandatory part of your stay here
at WHITEBLANKPAGE. it is required that each of
you fill this out for each character. we do have some
specifications about how this can be filled out and
they are as follows:

you must post this in the sorting ceremony as
LAST, first middle. that means last in all caps
and first and middle in lowercase.

you must fill it out to completion, if you need to
post before it is done please add [WIP] after the
name (in the correct format)

you must wait for this to be accepted to post
anywhere but the face claim.

THE GENERAL RULE IS WHEN THINGS ARE IN
ALL CAPS THEY SHOULD BE PUT IN ALL CAPS.
if they are in all lowercase they should be in all
lowercase. If they are written as normal it should be
the same way.
